About stator rust preventative and protection method:
For some of the motor application with worse environment, the stator core lamination is being rusted easily, so a rust preventative should be appplied besides VCI Paper package. normally there is two methods:
1. dip the stator core lamination into rust proof oil. it is low cost, but the effect is not so perfect.
2. do the electrophoretic deposition coating process for the stator core laminations. this can solved the rust problem perfectly with good tolerance and strong strengths.
